Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING TIMEFRAME:

 

  • US: 5-10 business days

  • EU: 6-15 business days

  • Rest of the World: 6-15 business days

Orders are dispatched on the next business day within our operating hours, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays and weekends).

Upon shipment, you'll receive an email with courier details and a tracking number to monitor your package's journey.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

** For shipments outside of the US: Please note that the shipping rates are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country.

** Please be advised that it is your responsibility to pay for these extra charges.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes items may not work out.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

​

  • You have 15 business days to return your item and request a refund or exchange. After this delay, we, unfortunately, cannot attend to these requests.

​

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging fully intact and with the original labels and security tag still attached to each product.

  • All sale and discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • To return or exchange your product, please contact our customer service via e-mail at shop@moioui.com. Please indicate in your e-mail the order number found on your order confirmation or dispatch confirmation emails.

​

  • We are unable to cover customs duties or sales tax for any return shipments outside of the US. Custom duties or sales tax of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

REFUNDS

​

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once cleared you will receive your new item (for exchanges) or refund on the cost at the purchase price (excluding Express shipping cost and the RETURN custom duties or sales tax if there were any), directly to the credit card or PayPal account used for purchase. We try our best to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow at least 10 working days upon reception of your package. You will receive an email notification of the status of your refund or exchange once processed.
